Touching often, does not mean you are being clingy

And it does not mean overly possessive behavior, either.
Your simple touch just makes my day, don't ever stop!

So how often do you and your partner touch, outside of having sex?
If you sort of slidder around each other in the kitchen, or sit far apart on the couch,
it may help to get a little closer. I encourage couples to touch as they talk,
Human beings are wired to connect and touching is a big part of that.
By simply making an effort to touch again (because I'm sure you did at
the beginning of your relationship) you're pretty much guaranteed to feel closer
If you live together and you're both in the habit of rushing out the door each morning
and ignoring each other when you get home, now's the time to make a change.
Greet each other (and say goodbye) with a hug and a kiss.
It's an easy way to start prioritizing the relationship again.
And if you don't live together, shoot a "good morning" and "goodnight" text their way.
It may sound so simple, but it really is the easiest way to feel more like a couple,
and less like roommates.

To change the negative mood in the room,
make an effort to remember why you got together in the first place.
Pull out the photos or the falling-in-love texts and spend some time with them,
Or write about something wonderful you did together.
It really can help to shift the mood to ones that are positive again.
Right now, one of your main focuses should be repairing your relationship —
not necessarily going out with friends, or giving attention to somebody else.
It takes time to reverse drift,
Give your relationship the time and attention you’d give a brand new relationship.
And things should start to feel better.
Now is not the time to point out all each other's flaws, or pick little fights.
Even if your partner does things that drive you crazy, resist the temptation to complain or
argue with them,
It's certainly not up to you to fix things all on your own but focusing now and reconnecting and keeping things light and fun. And arguing has no place in that.
If the mood has been weird between the two of you, you might be tempted to blame each
other or argue about whose fault it is. But try to focus on the positives.
At the end who started drifting away first, or who caused who to drift away is useless arguments.
If you both want the relationship, focus on solutions.
If your partner is doing something that indicates they're drifting away —
like, maybe they are sulking off to another room when usually you'd be hanging out
say something about it. If you and your partner are drifting apart,
ignoring the problem and hoping it will go away will not only make the situation worse,
at some point down the road, things may blow up into an argument,
which could also increase your problems and speed up the termination of your relationship.
Speak up! Let your partner know you'd like to reconnect and put more effort into making
things as they once were. If you'd both like to feel closer, it certainly is possible.

Final thought.
The art of touching someone in more ways than one can be magical it can lead to who knows where.
Oooh please don't touch me that way again
Oooh please don't touch me that way
Oooh please don't touch me
Oooh please don't touch
Oooh please don't
Oooh, please
Oooh!
I could not resist anymore after few seconds of that amazing sensation

Back at one!

Until Death do us part! NO!

Is this your Real World? We have to take past feeling coming up in our relationships, into consideration, these days, or find ourselves in unnecessary conflicts.
I love you right now but not till death us do part!
Many of us heard words but didn't really make the full mental commitment!

As a divorced man.. I have now come to grips with many of the things I ignored for many years, especially when I was married. I often wanted to get away from the daily problems, My job daily problem-solving burned me out, as soon as I walked in the door from work, I wanted to go off by myself... Now that I'm most often by myself...  the problems are singular.... instead of plural. OK so after the divorce,  I gave up half of the problems...more or less,  but there are new ones that have now been added. When I  sit and have dinner with my family, while visiting, my old stomping grounds, it becomes a reality that I have been missing my life of old sometimes... it's only a temporary fix, when I'm visiting, because we all live in separate locations, now.
When I read commentaries like some of the following it confirms some of the things I often think about these things.

Commentary: What Are You Afraid Of?
The reason why most people don't start new relationships is that of fear. The same fear that keeps them from being honest about what they want in a relationship, they're afraid of being alone also.
Or they fear traveling outside their hood, their city, or their country. That sort of fear makes the world a very small place where everyone looks like you, talks like you, eats what you eat, and thinks the way you do. How boring!
Whatever your fears, the objective should be to overcome them otherwise you'll keep punching that 9-5 clock then goes home and watch TV till late until they die and what could be scarier than that? Or settling in a relationship that is too demeaning...besides it won't last anyway. As for traveling...I'm sick and tired of people telling me they can't afford a plane ticket. If you can't afford to travel your body pick up a book and travel in your mind. The library is free! I visit very often.
Nothing is scarier than a closed mind; closed to new perspectives, new people, new places, new food, and new ideas. I refuse to be stuck in a box because of my skin color, my age, or others expectations. And you should feel the same way.
Courageous people are challenged by their fears, whereas cowards are crippled by them. Which one are you? ~ Michael Baisden.
- I'm constantly evaluating things asking myself is my conduct always that of a "gentleman... and a Real man."
- If there is no enemy within, the enemy outside can do us no harm. -African Proverb

By not fully trusting and opening up, a dialog is not going to happen. Women these days have spent years protecting herself from being hurt. But by the time they may start to open up more than they ever had in their adult lives because she is now in love, o infatuated with someone new. Her new man's support may have made it safe for her to get in touch with her old feelings. Suddenly she begins to feel the way she felt as a child when her father was too busy for her. Her past unresolved feelings of anger and powerlessness were projected onto her new man watching TV.  If these feelings do not come up... then she may have resolved old issues.

No man can fully understand female issues. we can try but. it takes effort and some men are not willing to put in the effort. There  I've said a mouthful. I hope I have not offended anyone!

Final thought:
Today, personalized wedding vows are becoming more and more popular, with couples wanting to pay tribute to their unique relationship using their own words instead of something that's been said before (and maybe impress their guests in the process). But plenty of people still use traditional vows — either in whole, in part, or adapting some portion of them. Standard wedding vows have also given us some of our most memorable pop culture moments, like the immortal "I, Ross, Take Thee, Rachel"
So, what's up with this "until death do us part" business? It probably won't surprise you that that part of the traditional vows finds its origin in the bible.
so this gives some couples a good reason to repeat them after the pastor has said them. But does it stick in their minds or are they forgotten in a few day, weeks, months, years, decades?

In this self-centered world, it’s hard to keep a romantic relationship going strong.

Break-ups happen often for little or no reason at all, or a reason that could have been overcome if only there was a greater will to do so. Sometimes, it’s the small things that keep a couple together for a long time.  Here are some of the little things that matter in every relationship.
I'll say it again and again! I really love you!

Say it!

I mean the “I love you” sentence.  If you feel it, say it. Take your significant other by the hands, look them deep into their eyes, and say it.  A smile is sure to appear on their face. Three little words that can light up both your days and remind them of how much they are loved.

Be silly together

Letting your inhibitions go and being childlike is something that can easily be forgotten when you’re an adult and especially when you’re a couple.  Being silly together shows that you are comfortable with each other, that you have embraced one another and could be a great reminder of why you fell for each other in the first place.  A couple who can laugh and play together is a happy one.

Say thank you

It’s not hard to say thank you.
But I don’t mean the default “thank you” such as when someone brings you a cup of coffee. I mean a “thank you” for the things that really matter.  When they hold your hand through a crisis when they lift you up when you fall when they stay by your side when you’re ill. In those situations, gratitude is rarely expressed with words, but can go a long way to make the other person feel special and cared for.

Compliments what she does.

Compliments are wonderful. It’s an instant lift when someone acknowledges you in a positive light, especially when it’s coming from someone you love.  It shows that you've noticed, appreciated and admired. Complimenting your partner on their looks, their personality, their positive spirit or whatever else you admire or love about them is something you can’t do too much of.  It’s a small gesture that can make a huge, positive impact on your relationship.
Just for the record, I'm a lover of fireplaces!

Do what the significant other enjoy

If he likes to watch sports, watch with him and cheer on his favorite team, in front of the fireplace it will keep both of you warm.  Listen and take interest in what your partner likes to do, even if it’s not your personal favorite.  In turn, when you want to do an activity that you enjoy, they’ll be open and willing to do it with you as well.  Going outside of your comfort zone and sitting through an opera or ballet for the simple fact that she enjoys it, speaks volumes to your significant other.  It’s a small gesture that shows you want to be with them and that you go out of your way to see them happy in their element.

Travel together

Did you know that some couples don’t travel together before their honeymoon? It may come as a big surprise to realize that you’re not comfortable traveling with each other after years and years of relationship, and that’s normal, but there’s a cure.
Start now. When you find yourself far away from the place you live in, you have only each other to rely on, you will spend more time together- just the two of you, and you will create memories.  If you can’t afford a big vacation, try doing a ‘staycation’ and explore cities and sights around you that are nearby. Whether or not it turns out to be a great vacation, it will give you both a shared experience and something to talk about that will bring you closer.

A little present goes a long way

It doesn’t have to be expensive or elaborate, in fact, it can be the simple act of getting them their favorite ice cream on the way home because you know they had a long, hard day at work.  It’s not the present but the gesture and the thought that went into it that will be appreciated more so than the actual ‘thing’ you got them. Have they been talking about getting a certain book or waiting to see a certain movie?  Buy that book when it comes out or make a date for the day the movie opens, not only will they be happy but they’ll know that you listen to them and you care.

Take their side in an argument

This is more important than you think. You should always back your partner up when they are having a brawl, even if you think that they are not in the right. You must never leave them standing on their own in an argument. At the very least, you should try and bring the argument to an end. That way they will know that you have their back, that they can rely on you and that you love them. This is a little thing that makes a BIG difference.

Some of this advice you know already. Some of these are new to you but trust me, they come from years of experience, and they really work.
This is why I love you!

It's the little things that make the different in sustainable relationships.

Do sweat the small things!

While a sparkly piece of jewelry wrapped in a small box may be the go-to image of how to express love to your special someone, sometimes the most meaningful things cannot be boxed and neatly wrapped. In reality, there are countless things you can give and you can do in your relationship on a daily basis to convey how much you appreciate your loved one. These actions are actually quite small but communicate so much. In the end, these are what fuels the health of the relationship. And, as a bonus, these behaviors do not necessarily involve a month’s salary.
A bouquet of flowers is nice, yet there are so many other ways to express affection and love and the effects can last long after the flowers have wilted. The little things, small relationship gestures, I argue, are some of the most powerful ways we can nurture and build our relationships.
What exactly are these gestures that are so wonderful? Certainly what gestures are meaningful to one person may not be as meaningful to the next. That said, the following actions communicate messages that are universal:
Harmony

  • Reach out and touch your partner. Cuddle. Give a foot massage. Just because. Physical touch not only feels good, but it also stimulates the release of bonding hormones, which promotes closeness and relaxation
  • Compliment your partner. Never underestimate the power of saying something nice and genuine about your partner to your partner
  • Hear your partner. When your partner is sharing something with you, listen to your partner. What are they wanting you to know? Are they wanting you to be supportive of them? Try to acknowledge whatever you are hearing.
  • Recognize your partner’s accomplishments. Acknowledge when something good has happened to them when they’ve been praised.
  • Thank your partner. Making a conscious effort to express gratitude can be a powerful component in all of our relationships.
  • Do something for your partner, just because. Just because you know it will be appreciated, just because it will make him or her smile. This can be a routine daily activity or a special occasion. Need some ideas? These need not be complex. Leave a post-it note somewhere your partner will see it. Send an unexpected text to say hello. Stop by his or her favorite pastry shop on the way home with a just-because treat. Unload the dishwasher, if this isn’t something typically delegated to you in your relationship. Bottom line is that you know your sweetie and you know what would mean something for them.
The takeaway here is this: These behaviors promote connection and intimacy which are fundamental to relationship health. Connection and intimacy directly relate to greater relationship satisfaction, which of course has carryover into overall positive well-being.
Why are the little things so important for your relationship health?
When your date or partner does something kind, thoughtful, or special for you, no matter how small, it feels good. Performing small gestures be beneficial to a relationship because these behaviors are rich with communication and convey so much. Breaking this down a bit, doing something kind, or thoughtful, even if small:
  • Communicates respect for your partner. You may say to yourself, “My partner has been paying attention to what is important to me.” Essentially, respect = caring.
  • Conveys that your partner has put forth the effort. Because of these gestures, you know that your partner is going out of his or her way to try. This only strengthens feeling secure in the relationship.
  • Tells you that your partner is listening. Your partner is attuned to bad days and positive moments and what would be meaningful to you in a particular situation.
All of this, taken together, promotes emotional closeness and intimacy, feeling secure in the relationship, and strengthens your bonds, connections, and overall intimacy.
The take home is that some of the most memorable things that partners can do for each other are these thoughtful and personalized gestures which communicate care or love. Oh, and one other thing, if you love your partner, let your partner know! Put down the phone and say, “I love you.”

Never knock on a door you are not expecting to be opened to you.

I invited you so I'm feeding you and I'm paying!

Here’s Why People Close Their Eyes When They Kiss.

Have you ever wondered why you kiss with your eyes closed? Many people dismiss it as just one of those weird things that happen and don’t really question it beyond that. However, there is science as to why we automatically close our eyes when we kiss that special someone.

When you kiss someone, you probably don’t think too much about closing your eyes; it just happens. You both feel the sparks flying, so you lean in for the kiss with your eyes open, but somewhere between locking eyes and locking lips, you shut your eyes. This happens involuntarily, whether you want it to or not. It seems strange, but there’s actually a perfectly good explanation for it.

He kissed me and I now can't stop thinking about him!

Psychologists have finally found the answers to why we kiss with our eyes closed. In short, the brain can’t deal with multiple stimuli at once, so in order to focus on kissing, we simply close our eyes while locking lips.

The Royal Holloway University of London did a study on vision and tactile sensory experience and found that our brain struggles to process what goes on during a kiss beyond the visual stimuli. In other words, we can’t possibly keep our eyes open during a  good kiss, because our brains can’t process BOTH visual and sensory stimuli.

Polly Dalton and Sandra Murphy, both cognitive psychologists, discovered that “tactile [sense of touch] awareness depends on the level of perceptual load in a concurrent visual task”.

Published in the Journal of Experimental Psychology: Human Perception and Performance, the study actually came to conclusions without any couples having to kiss. Instead, participants had to undergo visual tasks while scientists observed their tactile sense.

The visual portion of the study included participants completing letter-searching tasks of varying difficulty, while scientists measured their tactile response by equipping them with a device that emitted small vibrations on their hands.

The results came in and showed that participants responded less to tactile stimuli the more than their eyes had to do work.

In other words, the participants found that during the letter-searching tasks, they barely felt the vibration, but when they shut their eyes, they felt it much more strongly. For the record, the scientists set the vibrations to the same frequency the entire time.

We can apply this same logic to other highly stimulating activities, such as sex, where the people involved would rather close their eyes in order to avoid becoming overwhelmed, sensory wise. During sex, people tend to close their eyes in order to process the experience without the visual portions of it distracting them. Thus, the same logic goes for kissing as well.

These results could explain why we close our eyes when we want to focus attention on another sense.

Shutting out the visual input leaves more mental resources to focus on other aspects of our experience.

The results of the study suggest that closing our eyes during a kiss will magnify the intimacy of the encounter, making it more pleasurable for us. Evolution may have played a part in this, as fewer distractions mean better focus during intercourse, which may bring higher chances of pregnancy. Hmmmm!

Final thoughts
If your eyes are wide open, your vision might become blurry after the first peck on the lips..... forcing you to blink... then you will realize that closed eyes really makes the sensation an experience you were hoping for.

If your wife only knew, what you are thinking right now!

So who is she and what is she to you?
When a wife senses that her husband, is drifting away, she may come up with a plan to test his loyalty. But is she really ready to discover the truth? Or would she say "I don't care!"
If you're in a relationship, and things haven't been working lately, you may start to see signs that you're growing apart. You might notice that you're slightly less excited to see each other. Or that you've been spending less time together. It can be an unnerving phase of a relationship, and you might even worry that you're heading for a breakup. But the situation can improve if you know what to do — and what not to do.
big difference in bringing you closer together. In the same vein, you might want to up your game.

Don't make other distracting things your top priority list.

With GPS trackers you can track your lovers' movements,
but do you really want to know everything?

The first step? Don't assume the worst. It's normal to go through periods of drifting apart from each other. The most important part is that you notice it, take steps to course correct, and come back to each other.
This is something all couples have to do since it takes work to maintain a healthy relationship.
But it's even more crucial for partners who seem to be drifting apart.
If you can both make a few changes, and put some effort into reconnecting a little bit each day,
your relationship has a chance of getting back on track. But, during the process,
you'll also want to avoid certain bad habits, since they might make getting closer difficult.
When things are rocky, you might not, for example, want to blame each other for the disconnect you've
been experiencing, since doing so can drive a wedge further between you.
With that in mind, here are a few things you should do, as well as a few things you shouldn't do,
if it feels like you're drifting apart, according to experts.
While you don't want to have a super serious, heavy conversation every single day,
you should find time to reconnect and chat about how you've both feelings.
Is your partner noticing the disconnect, too?
If so, discuss what you're both willing to do to make things feel better.
"It may not work with only one of you at the helm, He says you'll both want to be on board to make
changes, if this is going to work.
The watch and iPhone can keep you connected in more ways than one!

Spend More Quality Time Together
Once the honeymoon phase of your relationship is over, you might have to put in a bit more effort to keep that spark alive. And that's totally OK. Commit to carving out at least 15 minutes a day to really communicate and connect with your partner. You might want to snuggle up to watch a movie. Or make dinner together. Or kiss more often.
All of these things will make it a game when it comes to showing the love.
Go out of your way to do something unexpected and nice for your partner,
Plan a romantic evening, leave love notes, send flowers just to say 'I love you.'
Or whatever else your partner might like. If you can remind your [significant other] how much you care,
it can help bring you back together.
So you need not become the FBI... just be patient and all will be revealed.

Final thoughts
Your partner is there to support you, and you should feel comfortable venting in front of each other.
But if you're drifting apart, it may be smart to pump the brakes on the complaining sessions,
and instead, try to keep things light and fun for a while. and listen to what your partner has to say.
Don't Complain 24/7
Don't Argue Constantly Or Put Each Other down.
Don't Blame Each Other.
Don't Ignore the Elephant In The Room.

Why Do Women Hate it When Men Play Games?

Are you serious?  This is your version of all night long?

There are good reasons why most women hate it when a guy plays video games is that rising through

the levels of a game usually don’t achieve anything in real life.

Women are instinctively attracted to guys who have the confidence and determination
to rise through the levels of life and reach for their true potential as a man.
If a woman finds herself with a guy who hides from his true potential behind
digital games, she will instinctively lose attraction for him.

1. Women know that playing games usually don’t achieve anything
in the real world
With the exception of professional gamers who get paid to play or game developers, pretty much every other guy won’t achieve anything tangible in the gaming world.
If most of your spare time is spent on achieving things in
a pretend world, a woman will feel turned off by your lack of care about
your life with
2. It makes a woman feel neglected
3. She doesn’t share your feelings of excitement or a sense of achievement
4. It doesn’t build on her attraction for you.
How to Make Her Accept Your Gaming Desires
There’s nothing wrong with playing computer games, but if you spend too much
time on it and not enough time following through on your biggest ambitions in
this reality, a woman will quickly begin to lose respect for you when you are a gamer.

Gamers should be aware!
She will walk away in time! You are on the clock!

Here’s why… the real world by spending a lot of time playing games.
Instead of spending quality time with his woman, he will spend most of his time being distracted by a game that won’t provide anything for himself or his woman. It might be fun for him,
but it won’t do anything positive for her or their relationship.
A woman wants to be with a man who is striving to make their survival
easier and more comfortable. As such, women are not instinctively attracted
to men who hide from achieving that behind their liking for (or addiction to)
video games. A woman doesn’t expect you to fully achieve all of your goals
and ambitions tomorrow, but she wants to know that you have a plan,
are making progress and believe that you will eventually get there.
her in the real world. In the past, a woman would stick with a man for life
even if she was unhappy. He could neglect her, treat her badly and take
her for granted and she would have to stick by him because it was
shameful to get divorced.

In most cases, women were completely dependant on men,
so they really didn’t have any other option but to stick around and
put up with it. Not anymore.

These days, women earn their own money and have the freedom
to have sex with whoever they want and break up a relationship or
marriage if they feel like it. Heck, they don’t even have to get married
if they don’t want to. When a woman finds herself in a relationship with
a man who is neglecting her and giving most of his spare time to gaming.
News flash: she will naturally begin to wonder why she is still with him.
The person playing the game is experiencing all sort of exciting emotions
and will feel a sense of achievement and pride when they finish the level.
So, if a woman isn’t playing the game and is simply near her boyfriend while
he is playing, she is almost certainly not going to share his feelings
of excitement or achievement. A woman wants to feel included, desired
and be the center of attraction at times (if not always). If she is regularlyexcluded because
of a video game and doesn’t feel what you feel about the fame,
she will begin to feel disconnected from you.
A woman wants to feel love, respect, and attraction for her man and she wants
that love to fill up her life. She doesn’t want to be plunged into feeling
empty and unfulfilled by her relationship as she sits by and waits for her man
to pay attention to the real world. The most important types of attraction that
a woman wants to feel with you are based on what you say and do when you
interact with her.
In other words, does she feel attracted and turned on by you when she interacts
with you, or does she feel annoyed or bored?
Watch this video to understand how a woman’s attraction for a man works and
how you can use it to your advantage…
These days, a guy has to build on a woman’s love, respect and attraction for
him over time. He can’t just take a woman for granted and expect that she will
stick around because things felt good at the start.
You can only invest a lot of time into video games if you are also making her
feel the type of love, respect, and attraction that she yearns to experience
in a relationship. If you don’t provide her with that, she will naturally begin to
think about getting it from another guy.
If you want your girlfriend (fiance or wife) to accept the fact that you love gaming,
what you need to do is show her that you’re achieving
things in this world and you are also paying attention to her.
For example: You are making progress in your career or studies and you also
regularly set aside time to talk to her, listen to her,
hang out with her and build up the sexual tension between you.
As long as a woman sees that you’re making progress and feels like you
appreciate her, she will put up with your need to game.
However, as soon as you get out of balance and put too much time into gaming,
most women will feel annoyed and start complaining.
It might suck, but that’s life in the modern world. Gaming is a new thing,
but a woman’s instincts are ancient.

She wants to be with a guy who is striving to make life better for him and her in
the real world, rather than just taking care of his own needs in a pretend world.

One Last Cry!
