There are Men who say they don't have a problem with folks who have multiple cosmetic surgeries

Do they really not have a problem with it?

I don’t have a problem with people having cosmetic surgery if it makes them feel better about themselves.

 Well don’t people have friends, or doctors who explain to them when something is too much? 

I had cosmetic changes done but i have  no scars 

Her smile is perfect, which means she is happy with her looks....I don't see anything that needed surgery!

Or is bigger better as long as you get the attention you seek, regardless of the shape? Just asking—not shaming! Just thoughts?

My guess is they are just being a bit too OK with it to avoid the Crack back they might get.

I will say this here, personally I do not see the need for cosmetic surgery ever. If you want to look better then you want to look like someone else who you think looks better than you do. You can't really change how the creator intended you to look all that much.
